做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
