做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
