做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
