做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
