做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
