做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
