做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
