做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
