做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
