做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
