做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
