做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
