做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
