做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
