做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
