做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
