做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
