做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
