做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
