做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
