做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
