做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
