做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
