做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
