做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
