做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的(de )清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
