做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
