做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
