做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
