做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
