做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
