做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝(cháng )。 -
