做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
