做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
