做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
