做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
