做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山(shān )和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
