做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
