做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
