做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
