做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
