做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
