做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
