做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
