做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅(guō ),用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
