做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
