做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
