做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
