做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
