做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
